1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is damaged or defective.

  • The item differs significantly from its description or images.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item  

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Approval and Pickup

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for pickup at your delivery address whenever possible. In some cases, you may be asked to send the item back through a courier service. Further details will be provided during the return process.

4. Refund Process

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be provided via:

  • Bank transfer or mobile wallet  

  • Only after the returned item has been received and inspected

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after return approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items purchased during final sales or promotional offers 

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item due to size or defect, we will assist you with a replacement, subject to stock availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
